I can join my server using the localhost IP (127.0.0.1) or using another PC on the same network and using the local IP (ex: 192.168.x.x). However, when someone tries to join using a different internet connection it will just time them out. I have tried 3 people with 3 different internet connections, and I have tried using my hotspot and connecting to it that way and it will time out that way as well. My server is port forwarded into my router so I don't know what is causing the issue.
