I'm not able to place 1.14.4 blocks, which are mainly from the villages (new furnaces, tables, bell...)

      I opened the server with the last spigot versión and everything worked in the beginning. But after a day, today, I'm suddenly not able to place the blocks from the 1.14.4 version (blast furnace, smoker, lectern…) Help please, I've been 3 days already making and remaking the server with spigot.
