Why my players in my server are disconnected? (java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Name cannot be empty)

      Some of my friends got kicked bcs of this issue, I heard some say is a datapack problem, how to fix this I really want to play with datapacks and with plugins. But they can log in when I open a vanilla or a paper mc server
