In singleplayer and vanilla minecraft, the following gives a prefix to teams in chat:

However, when doing it in Spigot, the prefix does not show up:

But, the team name is visible in join/leave messages only, just not chat.

This was tested with no plugins and with the addition of vault, both resulted in this issue.
