Unable to build datafixers

      Unable de create/generate a world using Spigot 1.14.4 for the first time, it cast me the "Unable to build datafixers" error. I put the .txt in the attachement.

      The Spigot 1.14.4 as been build directly on the Raspberry Pi using CraftBukkit.
