I would like to suggest the addition of adding client side thunder to the API.

Currently, the method for setting a player's client side weather only allows for setting sun and downfall, but no option for setting the thunder. 

I have had several times where I wanted to change the player's weather a little more than I can, but the API doesn't have an option for it.

I think this option would allow server owners to customize their player's experience a bit more and make it more unique. Ex: Having different players experience different types of weather (including thunderstorms)
