org.bukkit.event.vehicle.VehicleEntityCollisionEvent can't be cancelled.

I tried it in many ways:

With Craftbook, and the devs said that currently the API does not allow to cancel it.

With EasyCarts, and it did not work.

With Skript and skript-mirror, and it did not work.

I can't find a way to cancel that damn collision event. I want my minecart to pass through other minecarts!

Tested on many different 1.14.2/1.14.3 spigot builds, also paper.
