There seems to be some issue with lag from the AbstractLoginListenerPlay$1(interval 1) task. From the timings reports that I've collected, the Pct Tick seems quite high, 800%+ on average (https://timings.spigotmc.org/?url=ucayecibex - 4 hours, https://timings.spigotmc.org/?url=onoruxenal - 15 minutes).

Created this issue after I posted this on ProtocolSupport's Github page confirming that it's not an issue on their side (https://github.com/ProtocolSupport/ProtocolSupport/issues/1119)
