Very similar to this bug https://hub.spigotmc.org/jira/browse/SPIGOT-5062
In end worlds that arent linked to a host overworld an item or vehicle dropped into the end portal causes a crash. This includes the torches the end portal drops into the portal when it resets. Some other tickets may just vaguely say "Killing ender dragon causes crash" but in reality its a bit more complex than that. Attached is my crash report where I threw my worldedit axe into the end portal on said world.
This is my first bug report ever in the 6 years I've been an server owner, so forgive me if I make any mistakes.
