So this is the second issue report I've had to make in the past week. I've been getting very unlucky it seems. I'm unsure what plugin is causing this, if it's a plugin at all. I tried talking to a friend semi-knowledgeable in plugins about the error, and he says the server host caused this. I'm making this issue report, however, to verify that that's the case. 
I was not personally online when the problem occurred, but several players said that everyone's ping skyrocketed to around 20-30k or higher then most of those online were kicked. I will also be reporting this to my server host, but any insight that could be provided is more than welcome. Thank you
