Memory leaks and crash with chunk errors

      Memory leaks get hot in a day. When generating new chunks, tps very much falls,
      in these moments, sometimes when entering the server, an "Internal server error" occurs.

      When the server is turned off with a stop command, the process hangs and does not end.

       

      Perhaps the problem arose due to the fact that with the help of WorldBorder plugin chunks were previously generated from -2000 to +2000.
