bukkit.yml - shutdown-message & colour codes and \n Not Working

      I've known of the existance of this issue for a while, however I'm not sure if it is an issue or its supposed to be like that.
      In bukkit.yml, under settings, & colour codes and \n(s) interested in the shutdown-message field do not work.
      Could that be fixed/added?
