Destroyed armor stands do not drop armor, armor is destroyed

      Clean install from BuildTools.jar.

      Breaking an armor stand in survival yields no dropped armor, if the stand was carrying any.

      Easy to replicate, and have done it multiple times- no errors of any sort in console.
