Since the map upgrade, we saw major performance issues but since we don't use that server that much, we were waiting for a a version upgrade. Desclaimer : I'm reporting this crash not because I want this fixed but because it may be something worth to report. Feel free to ditch it if it isn't something on Spigot side.

The server was empty when it crashed. Since I'm not competent in Java language, I have attached the last log server and the crash log.
