Taming a cat does not trigger the EntityTameEvent. To replicate this, use the BugTestingPlugin that is attached and tame both a cat and a wolf. The message "Wolf tamed." will appear when taming the wolf, but "Cat Tamed." will not appear when the cat is tamed.
