--eraseCache doesn't work on Spigot

      Adding the following command won't work on Spigot; (In Vanilla works perfectly).

      --ForceUpgrade --eraseCache

      NOTE: If you add ONLY the --ForceUpgrade command it'll work but adding the --eraseCache won't work.
