How to reproduce:

Create server, and run (works fine)

turn off server

turn server back on

try to load in

timed out and server crashes with this error https://hasteb.in/movatise.lua

Only way to fix seems to be making a new world.

I believe it has something to do with the build that I copied into my world via worldedit. I read something about skulls in there.
