Many servers had to set all hoppers slower, but this breaks a lot of vanilla contraptions. It would be nice if it would be possible to change the settings of an individual hopper with nbt tags, to allow for example filters to work again without having to deal with lag caused by all hoppers having to do fast checks. It would be also a nice option to disable checks for individual hoppers which are, for example, only used for decoration. If none of those options would be set, it would fallback to the default spigot config setting.

Please let me know if this is a realistic request and if so, if it could be implemented.
