Add or create an option and/or a permission to allow players with that permission/toggle, be able to copy & place NBT data with items. As an example, there is currently no way for a non-operator to place signs that have NBT data stored on them. an example of this permission could be spigot.nbt.copy & spigot.nbt.place Simple examples, hoping to see some response or maybe an expansion on this idea.
