@ selectors not working for other plugins

      I'm sure this must have been addressed before, but I sure as heck can't find it.

      So it started off with spigot-essentials not being able to do "/warp intro @p", it would simply return "Player not found". I used warps a ton in 1.12.2 so I know they worked.

      Then I found out that EssentialsX is also reporting the same issue, and they are saying that it something to do with Spigot or minecraft itself.
