Looting enchantment does not work on server with spigot core. Trying to kill any mob will cause only default drop rate. Tried also with looting 50 - cows dropping default amount of meat - 1-3.

Natural enchanting to Looting 3 have same issue.

Way to reproduce:

• Get the sword with looting (any high level, I took 50)
• Kill mobs: Cow, Pig in any amount
• They will not drop more than 3 meat.

Command I used to get sword:

/give i0xHeX minecraft:diamond_sword{Enchantments:[{id:"minecraft:looting",lvl:50}]}
