vehicle exit event's aren't being fired anymore

it worked not all that long ago, a week or two max?

this will effect several mods

including http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/chairsreloaded and others

im testing it on a boat and just logging on the event

chairs also makes its own custom vehicle, which worked before
