I can no longer control click command blocks or run command blocks in dispensers. This issue happened a while ago but I waited a couple updates for spigot to fix it. This is extremely detrimental to my server because we use a lot of machines that use the dispenser uses to output for command blocks. Also it is a pain that we can no longer just control click command blocks to place more of them.
