Performance issues in chunk tiles ticks save

    • This server is running CraftBukkit version git-Spigot-642f6d2-ab13683 (MC: 1.12.2) (Implementing API version 1.12.2-R0.1-SNAPSHOT)

      Survival server with askyblock plugin, very low tps due to the chunk save, crash server sonetimes.

      The reson for this issues was we walk all tiles to lookup tiles locations on the pre unload chunk

      So

      We should bind tile entity to chunk to avoid walk tiles in every chunk unload.
