Deactivated villager AI prevents trade resets and door registration

      The portion of the villager AI responsible for refreshing villager trades, restoring social rank, and registering doors is disabled.  Refreshing trades and restoring social rank likely belongs in the inactiveTick method, and registering doors probably should be there as well.

      The disabling of door registration is the cause of the issues related to villages merging (https://hub.spigotmc.org/jira/browse/SPIGOT-1126)
