Minecart does not teleport through Nether Portal

    • Two separate people were able to reproduce this on both Spigot and Paper servers.

      When any Minecart entity comes in contact with a nether portal, they do not teleport; the EntityPortalEnterEvent is called per-tick but the entity itself is not teleported.
