CraftMetaBanner does not implement .clone()

This causes cloned item stacks to share the same reference to the patterns array list, causing extremely confusing behavior.

I have a template item that I clone to then add patterns to, and found that my templates meta was being modified and impacting the next generated item from it.

Should inspect all meta and ensure they adequately clone.
