team.setColor(...)

Expected behavior:

The team color should update on the client.

Actual behavior

The packet that updates it is never send. It is changed on the next prefix/suffix/option change

Proposed change

Fire a handleTeamChanged for the scoreboard after setting the color

Vanilla behavior

Changing the color using commands is done by setting the "color" option.
The command actually forces a change of the suffix
