found something weirdly, skeletons are walking on half slabs very weirdly. They're moving around you with a greater speed. You can recreate this scene with placing slabs in a 8x8 area (may be bigger, smaller, what you like) and spawning a skeleton on the slabs. After that, set yourself in gamemode survival and you'll see what i mean.
