As title says, I get an exception when creating fireworks about not having colors, even though colors are in the NBT tag..

This code worked fine on 1.11.2 and there's nothing in NMS that's changed that would make this error.

 

I looked at the FireworkEffect class in the Bukkit API and it looks like it's been completely re-written from the ground up, so it's hard to find where the error actually is because there's no common ground to compare it to.

 

This is tested on both CraftBukkit and Spigot jars. Both have the same error.
