Can't summon 1.8(or higher) mobs

    • using spigot-1.11 (Used BuildTools.jar at 3 P.M. on December 18th)
      OS : macOS Sierra (10.12.1)
      Java : Version 8 Update 111

      If I try to summon mobs added after the 1.8 update, server can't summon it.
      E.X. Guardians, Rabbit, Endermites, etc
