CreatureSpawnEvent not firing for end crystal placement

      When listening to the CreatureSpawnEvent, nothing is fired when a player places an end crystal. This event fires for armor stand placement, so I assume it should be the same for end crystals.

      There doesn't appear to be a way to properly detect end crystal placement.
