When a dispenser dispenses TNT, the "Squid Hurts" sound is played rather than the "TNT fizzes" sound.

This seems to be because the patch to the dispenser registry changes the obfuscated sound effect - likely the result of a messed up merge.

I'm submitting a patch that makes some various fixes to TNT, so I can handle this along with my other changes if this isn't fixed directly.
