PlayerItemDamageEvent breaking animations

      The inventory updating 'fix' causes animations when (eating, pulling back bows, etc) to be canceled. This can be reproduced by wearing armor when preforming either of these actions, as the armor damage being cancelled updates the inventory, restarting or cancelling the action.
