Resource packs wont work in 1.10

    • Not much to tell.

      Server resource packs made in 1.9.4 won't work in spigot 1.10. Respack starts to download, but after download it won't change it. Lots of trouble for this. Other issues have been just closed, why? This need to be fixed.
