Oak Villages spawning in pieces

      Windows 10, Java 1.8.0_91 x64,

      Oak Villages spawn in broken pieces while non-oak villages do not as of 1.10.
      All of the plugins on my server are Command and Admin-Related, no world generators or structure modifiers.
