The event "PlayerEditBookEvent" is NEVER called. I know this because all events are setup properly and others work except this one. It will not even run when signing or editing a book.
The same code I use works in 1.8, but when I use 1.9 the event does not call and the code shows no errors for 1.9.4 spigot.
