After updating our servers to v1.9.4 on all our servers, we got multiple reports from our players of certain chests being empty and item frames falling off blocks and re-appearing on blocks when they log out and back in. I have run this exact same test in the same location with our server running NO plugins at all, and it still happens the same way. They pop off the wall in that spot, and re-appear when the chunk unloads and loads again, and the fallen ones stay on the ground. This also has been happening in random chunks on our other servers as well, so it's not an isolated issue and hope we can find a solution...
