NPE when throwing Eye of Ender with generate-structures=false

      To reproduce: Generate new world with generate-structures=false in server.properties (or set mapFeatures to 0 in level.dat).

      Attempt to throw an eye of ender.

      Note: Doesn't seem to occur if the world is specified as flat, however. So make sure it isn't a flatworld.
