restart-on-crash not working

      This has been happening consistently on one of our servers for the last week or so. We have some players traveling in the Nether, and they crash the server every so often.

      It seems the generator is having issues with structures in the Nether.

      For whatever reason, this particular crash is preventing the restart-on-crash setting from working, whereas previously all crashes would restart as expected. (The /restart command still works)
