Lag Spikes

      32 GB Ram
      Spigot 1.9.2 (Latest Build)

      So here recently I have been receiving lag spikes causing everything to freeze for a while. Well just here about 20 minutes ago the server crashed and I got these errors in my logs. Does anyone know what these mean?
