NPE While using WorldBorder command

      Java version "1.7.10_67-b01 on Windows 7 x64 bit

      When using the world border command, I get an NPE while using "/worldborder warning <amount>"

      Some of the other features of this command doesn't work correctly either.
      I cannot create a world border in another world (It doesn't seem to appear but I sometimes get caught when trying to leave the radius, this is not always true)
