World.strikeLightning, World.strikeLightningEffect, World.Spigot.strikeLightning, and World.Spigot.strikeLightningEffect do not produce any kind of visual effect for the lightning. In the non-effect versions, fire appears on the ground. In all versions, except when silent is used, the ridiculously loud and world wide sound effect plays (side note.. is it possible to make this not global?)
