Baby Zombie will NOT burn in sunlight. Lives forever. Not Attacking Villagers Too

      When using 1.9 Vanilla and summoning in baby zombies, OR using a spawn egg with standard zombies, I am unable to get them to die in sunlight, and they are also failing to attack the villagers.
