Shield ItemMeta serializes to Tile Entity

      When serializing a shield ItemStack, the meta data looks odd. It has "meta-type: TILE_ENTITY" and the banner data is stored in the "internal" data blob, rather than using BannerMeta.

      They deserialize properly so this isn't causing any issues, I just thought it looked odd and wanted to point it out in case it is a symptom of hidden problems with shields and BannerMeta.
