When you try to use the command /toggledownfall, it gives the message "You do not have permission to use this command."

I have tried giving minecraft.command.toggledownfall to myself, and even minecraft.*, when I do a permissions check with CraftBook (/pc minecraft.command.toggledownfall Matmorcat), it says I have the permission node, but the game doesn't allow me to use the command.
