Sheep not dropping wool when sheared

      Plugins: WorldEdit, Essentials, Votifier, EssentialsSpawn, EssentialsChat, bPermissions, WorldGuard, GAListener

      When a player uses shears on a sheep, they do not drop wool.

      Killing a sheep does make wool drop.

      No tile removing plugins or command blocks currently utilized.
