Server has been doing this a lot recently. Huge lag spikes allowing players to chat, but not do commands or anything else. Usually doesn't crash however. I was running the latest spigot build, I literally updated this morning. Now I am two versions behind. I am uploading this just in case however. One more thing to add, things are getting spammed in the console such as: "Boat moved wrongly!" It also says this for other entities and spams it at least 30 times whenever it happens.
