I have tested this in vanilla to check it wasnt a mojang issue and all works as expected there.

Creepers are not dropping a random music disc when killed by a skeleton. My server does not have any mob/drop related plugins. Just the basic coreprotect, essentials, group manager type set-up for vanilla style gameplay.
