ItemFactory#asMetaFor or ItemFactory#getItemMeta are bugged

    Description

      Using ItemMeta#getItemMeta or ItemMeta#asMetaFor does not return right type.
      According to my decompiler something hileriously weird is happening.

      Tested on a potion. Did not return PotionMeta.
